Refund Policy

Goods may be returned if they are damaged, faulty or where the goods delivered are not those ordered.

All returns must be pre-arranged with a Icy Indulgence, in the first instance emailing info@icyindulgence.co.nz. A sales representative will be in touch within 2 working days.

Icy Indulgence will not take responsibility for any items lost in transit being returned back.

If returning goods, they should be returned back to Icy Indulgence within 7 days of receiving them.
